If you are a professional speaker and
are interested in being considered for representation by One Step

please read the following requirements carefully. One Step
Beyond will only consider representing speakers who meet the following
criteria:
Topic of Adventure - we specialize in speakers
who's presentations focus on the topic of adventure. As might be
expected, this includes many mountain climbers (Everest in Particular)
and arctic travelers, but also includes speakers who have been
adventurous in many different arenas - expedition cycling and space
travel for example. If your presentation is unrelated to the
Topic of Adventure, your materials will be wasted on us.
Experienced Presenters - we typically will only
represent those speakers who have proven themselves
and are serious about speaking as a career. This usually means
experience of at least twenty-five paid speaking engagements. We
expect the utmost in professionalism from our speakers as they are a
representing us, as well as we are representing them.
Proper Materials - your materials are the single
biggest factor in us booking you presentations! in order to represent
you, we require the following materials. Remember that it is
critical that these materials are 'Bureau Friendly' (do not have your
contact information on them). It is also important that we have
access to as many of these materials as we require.

Demonstration Video -
your demo video is absolutely
key in having someone decide to book you as a speaker. It should
be professionally produced, include footage of you actually speaking

this piece is important for someone to
shortlist you before viewing a demo video or looking at an in-depth

this piece is as important
